Ss12 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ss12 platform. By accessing the platform or registering an account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out here.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ss12 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services provided by ss12 ("Platform"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and ss12.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the ss12 platform, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The ss12 platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. ss12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there is reason to believe the user is underage.

Account Creation & Security

To access ss12's full range of services, you are required to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

Your account password is solely your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party.

Ss12 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an ss12 user, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

Using the Platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is harmful, deceptive, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or manipulate the Platform without ss12's prior written consent.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or the servers on which it operates.
Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.

Ss12 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the ss12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ss12 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly through user accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method in your own name. ss12 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any transaction suspected of fraud or in breach of the platform's security policies.

Deposits: Credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment service provider. Processing time depends on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal: Full identity verification is required before processing. ss12 reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance verification purposes.
Bonuses & Promotions: Subject to individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements and validity periods are stated in each promotion's terms.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their use of the Platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Ss12 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of fraud, an active dispute, or an ongoing compliance review on the account in question.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The ss12 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ss12 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. ss12 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including data loss, service interruption, or financial loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ss12 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of ss12 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or otherwise use such content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The ss12 platform may include links to third-party websites for user convenience only. ss12 does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Ss12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if:

The user is in breach of any provision of these Terms.
Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform is detected.
The user is found to have provided false information during registration or the verification process.
Account inactive for an extended period with no transactions.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact ss12 customer support. Any legitimate funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal, subject to identity verification and a compliance review.

Changes to Terms

Ss12 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the ss12 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
